Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Plan

NeetOne offers a free plan with limited tests, notes, and AI doubts — you can use this to evaluate the Platform before purchasing a paid plan.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests made within 7 days of purchase, and before you have accessed more than 20% of premium content, are eligible for a full refund.
• Refund requests made after 7 days, or after significant use of premium content, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Duplicate/accidental payments are always fully refunded.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email us via the Contact page with your registered email and payment reference ID. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your Profile page. Cancelling stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless it falls under the Refund Eligibility criteria above.

6. Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind after substantial use of premium tests/notes
• Sharing account credentials leading to policy violation and suspension
